Cultural Crossroads is Webster Parish’s only 501(C)-3 arts agency. Supported with funds from the Webster Parish Police Jury, the State Dept. of Culture Recreation and Tourism, the Louisiana Division of the Arts and the Shreveport Regional Arts Council, this all volunteer organization is one of the fastest growing organizations in Northwest Louisiana. Projects and programs of Cultural Crossroads are also funded by extremely supportive corporate partners.

Now in its 15th year, Cultural Crossroads has grown from a small organization with an annual budget of merely $800.00 to a thriving economic development concern with assets worth nearly a half a million dollars.

The 24 member Board of Directors governs the organizations combined property of 29 acres. They are overseers of The Shadows Restoration Project, The Farm Project, The Spring Arts Festival, Art on Broadway and Moon Over Minden.

Membership in the organization is open to anyone and everyone. Our mission to promote youth and community involvement in educational and cultural activities and to promote an understanding and appreciation for the arts can be seen in all of our many community endeavors.
